Maytag Services Selects Servigistics To Enhance Its Growth Strategy

Leading home and commercial appliance company to deliver world-class service and improve on industry-best first time completion rate by leveraging award-winning service parts management solution

NEWTON, IOWA AND ATLANTA – June 27, 2005 – Maytag Services, a business unit of the Maytag Corporation, a leading home and commercial appliance company, and Servigistics, Inc., the leading supplier of service parts management solutions, announced today that Maytag Services will implement the Servigistics solution across its business.

Maytag Services will use the Servigistics Service Parts Management solution to plan and optimize the company’s expanding global service parts operations as the company pursues growth through its “All Brand Services” strategy. The Servigistics solution will be implemented across Maytag and will be integrated with the company’s existing systems.
