Diebold to Enhance Service and Reduce Inventory with Servigistics Service Parts Management Solution
Self-service and security leader to implement award-winning service parts management solution throughout North America and Europe
With more than 3000 customer service engineers and 600 forward stocking locations in North America and Europe, Diebold will use the Servigistics solution to streamline its service parts operations, while reducing its inventory investment and enhancing customer service levels. Servigistics will provide an on-demand hosted solution for Diebold, a capability currently utilized by a number of other Servigistics clients.
