Click Commerce, the leading provider of service network management solutions, today announced the release of Insight, its new software offering for providing managers and executives with unparalleled visibility into business performance. Insight provides users the ability to define their own personalized dashboards using enterprise mashup technology. Each user can select and define the key business metrics that will appear on their dashboard in an intuitive graphical interface.
